B. Create a New Ticket or Track an Existing Ticket

The MLANS ticket system is how we keep track of  service requests for your account.  Either you or an MLANS technician can create a new ticket.  You can always enter the system to track an existing ticket.  (If you need access, let us know and we’ll happily set that up.) We WANT you to know what’s going on!

C. Give MLANS Remote Control of My Computer

SECURITY WARNING: Start remote control only when you are actively working with MLANS tech support.

FIRST DO THIS:

For both Internet Explorer and for Mozilla Firefox, Click here to start remote control (or click the picture at right).

THEN:

1. For Internet Explorer, when you see the popup window that says, “File Download – Security Warning” click Run.

2. When you see the popup window that says, “Internet Explorer – Security Warning” click Run.

OR

1. For Mozilla Firefox, when you see the popup window that says, “Would you like to save this file?” click Save File.

2. On the toolbar, click Tools, then click Downloads.

3. Double-click M.EXE. When you see a popup window that asks, “Open Executable File?” click OK.
