1. Click here to start remote control (or click the picture at right).
2. For Internet Explorer, when you see the popup window that says, “File Download – Security Warning” click Run.
3. When you see the popup window that says, “Internet Explorer – Security Warning” click Run.

2. For Mozilla Firefox, when you see the popup window that says, “Would you like to save this file?” click Save File.
3. On the toolbar, click Tools, then click Downloads.
4. Double-click M.EXE. When you see a popup window that asks, “Open Executable File?” click OK.
